Gum-Do

Gumdo (also known as kum-do) is a modern Korean martial art meaning “the way of the sword”. The art is recognized by distinct uses of the sword in offensive and defensive movements that demonstrate the skill and concentration of the practitioner.

Youth Hapkido

The Youth Hapkido Program is here! We will be running intros and classes on Saturday mornings at 10am until we build up the program to integrate it into the weekly class schedule. This program is based on the adult Hapkido program but with the dangerous techniques removed and material altered to cater specifically for youth. The Youth Hapkido program offers kicks, strikes, escapes, limited joint locks, ground defense and much more!
