Tactix Group Fitness
This class is currently not being held on a regular schedule, but is still offered for private lessons or group lessons.

Tactix uses body weight exercises combined with basic martial arts kicking and striking to create a full body workout designed to increase your metabolism, build strength, burn fat and build endurance! Anyone of any size and age can reap the benefits of Tactix group fitness!
