This class is currently not being held on a regular schedule, but is still offered for private lessons or group lessons.

The martial arts conditioning class is NOT limited to students of Bourelle Martial Arts. ANYONE can sign up, including those who get their martial arts training elsewhere as well as those who are just looking to get in great shape in a new, exciting and fun way!

Want to further your fitness experience? Upon request, we can track your body weight and body fat % as well as body measurements. We can also have a cardio plan, nutrition plan and weight training plan written up for you to supplement your twice a week conditioning class!
