One of first questions everyone asks is, “how much does it cost?”. While it may seem like it should have a quick easy answer, it does not, so I’ve decided to try and explain the answer here.

We do not use contracts, just a straight forward monthly fee that includes everything. Testing fees and association fees are both included in the monthly fee.
